Campus-wide wireless for K-12 and higher education
Campus-wide coverage for K-12 and universities, spanning academic halls, dorms, and stadiums.
Common challenges
What campuses are up against
Lecture-hall and dorm Wi-Fi, cellular coverage across buildings that were never wired to each other, and code-mandated ERCES are designed as one RF plan, so they share pathways and headend space instead of competing for them.
- High-density lecture halls and classrooms
- Sprawling multi-building campuses
- Mixed-age construction

Coverage topology
One network across the entire campus
Campus topology, point-to-multipoint bridge links carry backhaul from the IT core to every building, with high-density Wi-Fi inside and ERCES coverage where code requires it.

What this buyer asks us
Can you handle lecture halls and stadiums as well as classrooms?
They are different design problems and we treat them that way. A lecture hall is a density problem: hundreds of devices in one room, all active at once. A stadium is a density and outdoor-coverage problem. A dorm is a coverage and roaming problem with a residential traffic profile. The survey and the model are sized to each.
Can you connect buildings across a campus without trenching?
Usually, yes. A surveyed point-to-point wireless link will carry gigabit-class traffic between buildings in days rather than the months a fiber build takes, and it is a fraction of the cost where a road or a protected landscape sits between the two. We run the path study first so you know whether the link closes before anything is ordered.
Are you an E-Rate service provider?
Ask us before you build the funding request: the answer depends on the category of service and the year, and it is worth getting right early rather than discovering it at filing. If a different route is cleaner for your district, we will say so.
Operating more than one facility? We standardize the design and repeat it, with one point of contact for the portfolio and one set of drawings every site is built from.
