Overview
Your network, as a managed service
Managed Network Services puts a NOC on the systems that already run your buildings. WZC watches them around the clock, maintains them on a schedule, and responds under a defined SLA, so the first you hear of a fault is from us.
Vendor-agnostic support for the equipment you already own, whoever installed it, across Wi-Fi, cellular DAS, public-safety DAS, and wireless links.
- 24/7 NOC monitoring and alerting
- Proactive maintenance, firmware, and patching windows
- On-demand response under a defined SLA
- An annual health review on top of monthly reporting
How it is bought
Three levels. Start where you are.
You do not have to hand over the network to get the benefit of a NOC watching it. Start by having us watch what you already own, and move up when it makes sense.
Have an ERCES? WZC Compliance Care plugs into the same NOC: one contract, one alarm path, one annual visit.
| Level | What is included | How it is priced |

| Monitor | 24/7 NOC monitoring and alerting on the equipment you already own, whoever installed it. Alarms reach us, not your voicemail, and you get a monthly report of what happened. | Per site or per device, per month: quoted |
| Manage | Everything in Monitor, plus proactive maintenance, firmware and patching windows, SLA response, and an annual health review. | Per site or per device, per month: quoted |
| Hardware included | Everything in Manage, with the hardware and its refresh folded into the service. | Ask us |

FAQs
What does it include?
24/7 NOC monitoring and alerting on every level. Manage adds proactive maintenance, firmware and patching windows, SLA response, and an annual health review. What is in scope is listed in your quote.
Do you support equipment you did not install?
Yes. Managed Network Services is vendor-agnostic, so we can monitor and maintain existing wireless, DAS, and network gear alongside anything we deploy.
What is the contract term, and how do we exit?
Terms are quoted per engagement and the exit is written into the agreement rather than left to goodwill. Ask for it in the quote: a managed-services contract you cannot leave is not a service, it is a lock-in.
Can we add sites mid-term?
Yes. Sites are added at the agreed per-site rate on the existing term rather than restarting it, which is what makes this work for a portfolio that is still growing.
Does it cover cabling, CCTV and AV as well as the wireless?
It can. WZC delivers those scopes in-house, so they can sit under the same agreement and the same reporting instead of under three vendors and three renewal dates. What is in scope is listed in your quote.
What does “proactive” actually mean?
A monthly report on what happened and what changed, a quarterly review of what is aging and what to budget for, and a NOC that acts on an alarm rather than waiting for you to raise a ticket. If the first you hear of a fault is from us, it is working.
Who owns the equipment?
On Monitor and Manage the hardware is yours throughout. Where hardware is included in the service, ownership is set out in the agreement, so confirm it before signing: it changes what happens on renewal.
Does the NOC also monitor the ERCES and the cellular DAS?
Yes, on the same alarm path. One contract, one place the alerts land, and one annual visit rather than three vendors turning up in three different months.
What response times are in the SLA?
They are set per agreement, because a single office and a forty-site portfolio do not need the same commitment and should not pay for the same one. The times that matter are the ones in your signed SLA rather than the ones on a web page.
