Wireless engineered for the plant floor

Rugged connectivity and IoT coverage for plants, warehouses, and harsh environments.

Common challenges

What plants and warehouses are up against

Plant-floor Wi-Fi, cellular coverage through steel and racking, and code-mandated ERCES are designed as one RF plan, so they share pathways and headend space instead of competing for them.

  • RF-hostile racking and machinery
  • Large, high-bay footprints
  • IoT, AGV, and scanner connectivity

Coverage topology

Signal engineered for the plant floor

Plant floor topology, access points aimed down the aisles keep scanners and AGVs roaming seamlessly, while a wireless bridge reaches the yard and a UL 2524-listed amplifier covers life safety.

What this buyer asks us

Will Wi-Fi hold up across a plant floor with racking and moving equipment?

Only if it was designed for it, which means surveying the plant as it operates rather than modeling it from a drawing. Racking moves, metal reflects, and forklifts and AGVs are not where the drawing said they would be. We survey, model to the real layout, and validate on site with the plant running.

What is private LTE or CBRS, and do we need it?

It is your own cellular network on shared spectrum, and it suits traffic that is machines rather than people: scanners, AGVs, cameras, sensors over a large or outdoor site. Where Wi-Fi struggles with handover across a yard or a long building, private LTE usually does not. WZC prices these today: a survey tells you whether it is the right answer for your site.

Can you do the cabling as well?

Yes, in-house. Cat6A, fiber, pathways, racks and containment to BICSI standards, certified and documented. On a plant expansion that means one vendor for the cabling, the wireless and the coverage, and one party accountable when something does not work.

Operating more than one facility? We standardize the design and repeat it, with one point of contact for the portfolio and one set of drawings every site is built from.
